If you offer a few dollars then kasparov is there. Seems to me that
Hsu can't offer enough money to kasparov as he needs himselve also
badly some money. You're in a vicious circle then.

Kasparov is not gonna play on the condition that you will try to look
for money.
Hsu doesn't say anything about price fund garantueed by a sponsor if
kasparov plays for world title.
