I would assume this is possible, after last years moderator election issue with stuffing votes. If this is a yes, it is possible, then cannot CCC be set up to allow only one name per IP address. I for one do not believe that some of the posts read are either real or posted by someone using only one name. This issue as is this whole thread is totally unrelated to computer chess but it may serve to remove some of these threads from ever getting started. Thanks.
