I really don't think you can put anything into a can and say, "This is how we
should do it."

If we could, then Tim could write a moderator-bot that would just throw out the
junk posts.  But every decision will require a judgement call of some kind.
Some are more obvious than others, but I think each and every decision of that
nature will still require the use of the old brain-pan.

Quite frankly, I think you should just go with people who are liked and trusted.
 Just about anyone here is smart enough to do the job.

I am glad for the team that we had assembled.  I am especially grateful to
Bruce, who really helped steering the ship since I had no idea what we were
doing at first.  Hopefully, someone with experience will be among the new crew.
