In that vein, may I propose the "First Law of Chess Robotics":
'A chess machine shall love his maker. A chess machine shall never defeat his
own designer, nor shall it sit by idly and allow his designer to be beaten.'
The "Second Law of Chess Robotics":
'A chess machine must obey the orders given it by human beings, except where
such orders would conflict with the First Law, {but a 1. f3 opening is exempt}.'
The "Third Law of Chess Robotics":
'A chess must protect its own existence, except where such protection would
conflict with the First or Second Law. This means that he should have adequate
levels of king safety.'
