Odell,

You are kidding, right?

Did you also tell your friends that 20 minutes before sending the moderators an
Email about this situation (the proper course of action for you to do), you
responded to the following statement:

"I don't understand why you (Bruce) even try to respond rationally or
defensively to such a looney statement (in reference to Odell's post)."

with:

"So you can go to h*** and while your at it suck lucifer's ..... A**h***" ?

Note: *'s and () content's added by KD, the original message did not have them.

You had responded extremely harshly to one of the people who criticized your
post as opposed to criticizing you. You jumped all over him and not just his
opinion. Of course the moderators will not consider his statement nearly as
abusive as the extremely harsh one of yours in response. And you consider
yourself the victim here?

And what good is going to the moderators AFTER you have already drastically
violated the charter? Hello!!! Did the concept of going to the moderators first
ever occur to you (and yes, I still have the records to prove that this
happened)?

You would not have been the focus of the moderators that day if you would have
just Emailed us as opposed to jumping on top of everyone who disagreed with or
criticized your opinion. Disagree back with people all you want Odell, but leave
the profanity and abuse in the back of your mind where it belongs.

Let it rest. Don't give yourself a coronary. It's not that important. This is a
forum. People are allowed to disagree. Just don't take it to the extremes that
you did last time. And if you have a problem, please, please, please Email the
moderators without putting profanity or abusiveness on the forum.

Finally, you'll win more friends around here with honey than with vinegar.

KarinsDad :)

PS. To all the people here who keep whining that the moderators show favoritism
(this is getting old too), I have one thing to say. The moderators have
attempted to be fair in all situations. If you get caught in a situation, it's
just possible that you are partially or mostly to blame. Try looking in a mirror
once in a while and ask yourself "Is it possible that someone did not interpret
my message the way I intended it? Is it possible to read something else into my
message? Is it possible that with multiple people disagreeing, that I may not be
totally right or totally clear in this instance?".

Don't always assume that you are in the right and others are in the wrong, just
because they disagree with you or just because your posts are the ones that got
deleted this time around. It happens when people violate the charter. Live with
it. And if it happens to you, let it improve the quality of your messages in the
future so that it does not happen again, as opposed to bringing it up over and
over and over again. You guys sometimes sound like my mom who tells me the same
story fifty times before she realizes that she already told me that one.
