I think CCC works currently quite well. The words "Moderation" and
"Off-Topic" on subject lines are really helpful. One who is not interested
about side discussions can easily ignore those articles. Actions could
be done, if the number of non-computer chess articles increase too high.

So in the future I could tolerate off-topic posts here, if they just have
the note on the subject-line that they are not about computer chess. Then
I won't read them, and if I read, I'll not react.
