If you plan on combining PGN files several times, you will want to use the /b
switch in the following manner: copy A.pgn + B.pgn C.pgn /b. Otherwise, DOS
inserts the "End of File" character (the letter Z preceded with an upward arrow)
at the end of the new combined file. Therefore, if you combine more than once,
the "End of File" characters will begin to appear somewhere within the new
combined file. To be precise, it will appear at each point where the files were
combined. Consequently, some programs will stop reading the file as soon as the
EOF character is encountered. The /b switch eliminates this problem.
