Subject: What does Anand mean about fritz and Rebel in this quote?

Author: Charles Unruh

"It is different, that's all.

Fritz was described as a monster machine and you defeated
it. But Rebel defeated you. How different were these two
     machines?

In my opinion, Fritz is far superior to the other one.
But the day I played Rebel, I was really in bad shape"

Is he saying that his match with fritz was a far superior match or is saying
that fritz plays far superior chess? also i noted Anand mentioning that he
loses and draws with comps by making a statement to the effect that "I can draw
positions against a computer that i never could against a human" This portion
my suggest he loses sometimes but the poiny of this post is What does he mean by
the first quote? Opinions?
