I named ChessBaseusa above.  Did you contact them, and they told you NO to a
better upgrade price?

As above, I related my experience with ChessBaseUSA.  I usaully buy from
Gambit-Soft though, because the exchange rate of US currency is very good, and
they offer free shipping.  I find it vastly amuzing, that I often get a better
price, by buying all the way from Germany, rather than just stopping in the
front door of our beloved ICD.

before...
