In 18 months from now they will be complaining about the equivalent of today's 40/2h games being meaningless since they MUST be played at today's equivalent of 40 moves in six hours. Apart from that what would you prefer to base your judgement on, 420 games played at 40/40 or 140 games played at 40/2h?
