OK... but I don't understand the "IBM's Deep Blue".  IE I don't ever recall
anyone referring to "Cray's Cray Blitz" as opposed to "Bob's Cray Blitz".  It
would be easy for someone like Oak Ridge Lab to buy the DB processors from IBM,
put 'em in their 128 node SP2, and then challenge him.  Would he refuse since
it would now just be "Deep Blue" as opposed to "IBM's Deep Blue"?  Is there
really any doubt that what Hsu would build would be stronger than the current
Deep Blue, after the details he revealed a year ago?

This sounds like Kasparov is simply not interested, which is certainly
perfectly ok.  But he ought to at least _stop_ mentioning how much he would
like to play another match, since that suddenly stops ringing completely
true, in light of recent revelations.
