IM ofer bruk said before the move 20.b6 that Rebel is playing very good.

I do not think that it looked like typical human computer game becuase both
sides did typical computer errors.

Junior with 13...Bf6 and Rebel with 20.b6

Rebel Century could avoid 20.b6 at longer time control.
It finds 20.Qb1 at iteration 11 when the score is 0.01 pawns more optimistic.

I believe that the position is probably drawn after 20.b6
I do not see a plan for black to win the game.

If black cannot win then there is no big advantage.

If black canoot continue from there then Exchanging on g3 was not a mistake.

No demage in the result.
