Chesspad is really easy to use, unfortunatly it stole the file association for pgn files every time I used it so it had to go because I insist on having pgn files associated with an editor and not a Chess prgram or database, oh well. Chesspad looks good, slim on features, but hey, it's free. There's also Bookup and several other demo database programs. Pete
