RebelTiger played this against Hiarcs in Enrique's tournament. Not surprisingly,
it was pounded flat. Does anybody know the name of this opening? Who (GM) played
it? How did it end up in RebelTiger's book?

1. d4 Nf6 2. Bg5 Ne4 3. Bh4 g5?! 4. f3 gxh4 5. fxe4
