They are NOT the best for overall computer vs computer playing. The personality that performs best against Rebel Century defaults is scheduled to be announced sometime in March (if my memory is correct). And, it may be that the personality that is shown to perform best against the Rebel Century defaults may NOT perform best against Fritz, Junior, Nimzo, Hiarcs, etc. There may not be a single personality that will do best against ALL programs; such is the world of computer chess. So, Q3 personality is in all likelihood NOT stronger than Rebel Century defaults, in my opinion. I would be very surprised if it were. Q3 DOES, however, provide the best/quickest solutions to the tactical problems that were included with the Rebel Century CD; I forget the exact name of the file that contains those tactical positions. Hope this helps clear things up. Disclaimer: I do not officially represent Ed Schroder, Rebel BV or any of the people and products associated with the company. I am a user of Rebel Century only. Roy
