The good news is you can use other Chessbase engines with Fritz 6 interface. I
use Junior 6 and Hiarcs 7.32 without any problem. Fritz 6 asked me for the
Hiarcs and Junior CDs the first time I tried to load the engines, and that was
it. It never asked for those CDs again.

The bad news is Fritz 6 seems to have a bug that makes it ask for the Fritz 6 CD
from time to time for no particular reason. It’s not supposed to have this kind
of copy protection. Hopefully, the soon-to-be-released patch will fix this.
