Here's my 2 cents on the ranking: I'd move Zarkov down to #5 (behind Nimzo and Shredder) especially since it's running on fairly slow hardware. Nimzo and Shredder should get the #3 and #4 slots depending on which has the faster hardware. If the hardware is similar, I'd give the nod to Shredder, as reigning world champion. >Little Goliath >LambChop Kryotech/1ghz >Diep P/200 x4 >Insomniac >GnuChess P3/500 Is this a custom-modified version of Gnu? If it's just the stock version that ships with Winboard, I think it should be lower down the list. >PostModernist P3/450 >Amateur G3/500 Aha - I see you've got yourself a new machine! Nice. :-) I can testify from personal experience that PM and Amateur are stronger than Grok. :-( >Grok Athlon/650 >EXchess P3/500 >Hossa P2/350 I don't know anything about EXchess. I'd argue that Hossa deserves to be higher on this list, but on a P2-350, this ranking is probably fair. --Peter >Bringer P2/300 >Galahad K2/400 >Averno >Tinker P2/266 >UruChess
