Hmm... now at

depth=17 2/35 -1.28 34. Rd1 Bh6 35. Re2 Bb5 36. Rde1 Bg7 37. Re3 f4 38. Rh3 Bd7
39. Be4 Bc6 40. Rh4 cxb3 41. axb3 Rxb3 42. Bxc6 Nxc6 43. Re8+ Kf7

which still seems weird to me :) but in any case Black seems to be picking up a
pawn no matter what White does, so Nb2 may not be horrible. Hey, it just
occured to me that I had logging on. Here's the first search (for 27. ...c5).
Scores are always from White's perspective in the log, I think.

Once ...c5 is found, it's stuck with, but no particularly large advantage for
Black is seen (yet!?).

Now for White's 34th:

So 34. Rd1 seems to be holding out a bit better. I play out the next 8 ply of
the PV (34. Rd1 Bh6 35. Re2 Bb5 36. Rde1 Bg7 37. Re3 f4).  After 5 minutes, it's
already looking worse: depth=12 1/39 -1.49 38. Rh3 Bc6 39. Rf1 f3 30. gxf3 Nf7
41. Bh4 Bxa4 42. bxa4 Rb2 43. Rc1 Bxc3.  I change my mind: Rd1 isn't holding out
after all. Black is rolling White into a little ball.

So, 27...c5 may still be the move you're looking for, Amir. I guess it's time
to check out move 32.
