I believe in revising the rules to give the human player a 3to1 time
advantage, for example:
Human 40/3 and GAME/3 hours, with a 30 sec. increment.
Computer 40/1 and GAME/1 hour, with a 10 sec. increment.

Since computer programs run on faster and faster hardware each year,
there really is no "fair" time limit for them. Allowing 200 minutes
for 40 moves gives grandmasters the chance to play their best. Even
the old-style FIDE world championship matches only allowed 150 minutes
for 40 moves to each player. Which raises the question: what was the
last WCC Match with a time limit of at least 4.5 minutes per move?
