What if I say, "Don Jonson beats his wife, because he looks like the sort of person who would beat his wife." What would you say? A) "That is very mean and unfair to Don, and you better not say stuff like that unless you have some real evidence!" B) "Don may beat his wife. We shouldn't decide one way or the other until we can get some actual videotape of him beating his wife." Given your stance on GK vs. DB, you might prefer option (B). -Tom
