Is it possible to say that there hasn't been any completely clear improvement in playing strength of recent programs, compared to most of 1999? Each one is good in one aspect and bad in another? Or is there all round superiority in any of the new programs over and above all those from before a bit before the turn of the century? Stuart Taylor
