I remember seeing a bunch of PVs with moves like Bxh2/Bxh3 and Bxh7/Bxh6, when
they didn't seem to accomplish anything.  IIRC, this happened quite a few times
before DB left book in game 2, which was around move 17.

Here are a few of them (all from game 2):

(move 11): Nbd2 exd4 cxd4 d5 e5 Nh5 Bc2 Be6 Bxh7*

(move 16): d5 Ne7 Be3 g6 a4 Bg7 Bxh6* Bxh6

(move 18): Qd2 Qc7 c4 bxc4 bxc4 a5 Bd3 Bh3* gxh3 Nxe4 Nxe4

(move 19): a4 Nf6 c4 Qc7 Reb1 Bxh3* gxh3
