Normally when the tiger engine is started for the first time it stores the current directory and uses this to find it's book and learning files. If during the game the current directory changes, the still find it's book. The current directory can change if you open a internet console from a directory different from the install dir. What probably happened, you selected the lokasoft engine or the winboard adapter, played a bit with it, maybe created a user book, this caused the current directory to change. Then switch back to the tiger engine, which again looks in the current dir, and of course can not find it's book file. To recover, select tiger engine, save settings, exit, restart.
