First, any program can beat any other program. That can happen, even with a huge hardware advantage or deficit. Not often will a slow machine win, but it will happen. I'm not aware of any weaknesses in crafty of late. Changes have been very few as I am trying to avoid breaking anything right before the ICC event... Maybe the other programs are playing better. I certainly hope so. :) Bob
