Hopefully, enough will be willing to shoulder the load. If nothing else, I think a nomination is a good thing because it shows people that we appreciate their input and fair-mindedness. Everyone I have mentioned seems very fair and bright (to me). I think letting people know we admire them has value even if they decline.
