Subject: Tasc Smartboard 2

I just bought a compaq 500mh windows 98 version 2. With my old 166mh
computer the smartboard operated properly,  Now my genius 5 and chessmaster
 5500 programs cannot acess the board. I get a message "cannot iniatalise"
 My new computer is o.k.   Has anyone seen this problem . Any ideas
 please.  thank you.
