After that Saitek GK2100, same engine with Centurion but not sure, at 100 USD and 2000 Elo, and lastly Novag Sapphire II at 200 USD and 2100 Elo. A new version of Sapphire will come out in summer. Miami best suits your needs. There is a table-top version, forgot the name. I prefer portables over table-tops when they have the same engine as you can carry them around.
