My first idea would be to check the bios settings; there are different port modes. I have no problems with ECP/EPP-mode on my Gigabyte board with P2-333 and Windows 98 (first edition). Make sure that there are no interrupt connflicts etc. in the system configuration. Good luck... M.Scheidl
