This is not the software piracy "how to" information center.  Any post that
gives people instructions about where to download software illegaly will be
deleted as soon as it is seen, and the person doing the posting will get in
trouble.

If you want to try out a bunch of software, you may be able to get legitimate
demos from the appropriate software publishers.

If you want free chess software now, there are many places with download areas
where you can download freeware and shareware.  I don't know if there is any
freeware on this site, but there is probably a list of links to other sites, at
very least, where you can find freeware or links to freeware.
