When i visit a warez site, they also write that i'm stealing software from them, and they're not responsible for any leeching. They also write that they're protected by the privacy act, which states that if somebody enters their site, no information can be used against them. Does it mean that they can't be shut down? It seems like they're just losing their time by writing those disclaimers, but there are 10000's of warez sites. And they all have to update their links every day. Does it mean that the government is allowed to shut down their links(url's for downloads), but not the whole sites? Also, if piracy is legal in us, but not in germany, can germany do something if american sites use german software, or stolen xxx videos?
