Hello Jeroen,
The 4 CD set contains the most "Important" ones only not all.  The 10 CD set
contains all through 5 man without the KxxxxK files which I think nobody needs.
They are both compressed and should add up to a little over 6 Gigabytes for the
10 CD set.  Uncompressed they are around 18 G.  It's generally faster to
download them than to generated them unless you have a slow modem or a very fast
machine with a lot of ram.
