Nothing is being accomplished by voting for everyone. If you don't care who gets elected, but you know you do _not_ like one of the candidates, you can vote for everyone but that one. I think this way works out fine. :) Besides, it would be too difficult to really set a limit at three. (How would you suggest doing it?)
