Shredder is a commercial program and Stefan probably doesn't want to risk a bad
showing at the Paderborn tournament. It might hurt sales.

Ferret is written by Bruce Moreland, who lives in Washington. He probably wants
to save his travel money to go to a World Championship tournament, instead of
"just" the Paderborn tournament.
