Unfortunatly ZarkovX had to withdraw from the tournament. This is sad by itself but also made it an odd number of programs. Here is also an updated list of programs/CPU and a new seeding based on the feedback I got. I will make and post the pairings for the first round tomorrow (monday). If another program withdraws from the tournament I will make a new pairing based on the programs left. If the tournament will run with an odd number, the program that does get bye in the round will get .5 points. I will also fix a channel on ICC for this tournament where discussions can take place during this event.
