We don't have an exact description, but we do know a lot of what it does.  Why
aren't _any_ of the programs now doing certain things that DB _was_ doing?
Because they're prohibitively expensive to do on a PC.  The added knowledge is
not worth the tradeoff in speed.

So, what is the evidence?

True.  I think releasing it for the PC can only make these accusations worse.
