I would add to your question, Would not the strongest program be more
"improvement assisting", for human, since its moves-being stronger-would
mean more correct and even more accurate including positionally.(I mean
basic tactics is already very good on pc's, and any tactical improvenent
naturally
enters the threshold of positional ability due to its looking ahead).
 And better moves automatically perhaps cause better improvement-atleast
subconciously?
