I don't see how anybody can "over-hype" the machine.  It was/is remarkable.
Many of us have had the misfortune to sit across the board from its
predecessors.  We _know_ what DT could do.  Based on common knowledge, we
can extrapolate what DB can do, to an extent, as it obviously isn't any worse
that DT.  And DT was fearsome OTB.
