Nalimov = DTM (distance to mate)
Thompson = DTC (distance to conversion, i.e. transition to a situation with less
pieces on the board)

The Nalimov TBs can be compressed so they are much smaller than the Thompson
ones and can efficiently be probed during the search.
(Full 5-man set size:
 Nalimov compressed = ~ 8 GB
 Nalimov uncompr.   = ~ 22 GB
 Thompson           = > 30 GB (??)
 Edwards            = > 30 GB (?)

The Fritz Endgame Turbo CDs contain the most important 5-man TB's, i.e. the
KxxKx stuff. They leave out the unimportant KxxxK cases such as KQQQK since they
are trivial anyway.
