You can get your point across without the name calling; i,e., "I think you may have missed this idea" or "I believe DB will kick anyone's butt for the following reasons:" etc. etc. It also doesn't hurt to agree to disagree sometimes and leave it at that, rather than calling someone a name. They could be merely having a bad day and are coming up with a poorly thought-through idea. This is the common currency of a polite society... Bruce
