The charter exists and it precludes some kinds of posts.  It is up to the
moderators to interpret the charter.  The moderators are elected by the
membership as a whole, and are subject to oversight by Steve, and less formally
by the membership as a whole.

If you can't convince the moderators that your point of view is the correct one,
and you can't convince the wider membership that the moderators are seriously
messed up, then you are going to have to lump it.
