It's a very good idea to fill the empty place with TSCP. TSCP is an essential contribution to the computer chess community and deserves to participate on this tournament (I hope this wont be my famous last words, because I remember TSCP getting a draw against Hossa some time ago at ICC in a blitz game ;-).
