To Tom,
  Do you think my posting Re "Banning like death penalty" is the right way?
According to those guidlines, the above case would certainly be taken through
that proceedure for a combination of-insulting, vulgarity (or promoting it),
and extremely off topic. Maybe, if you mean that I'm wrong about vulgarity,
It is the very least-the first and the third.
  It should also be clear that the moderators are not at all interested in
whether or not they're outsmarted. O.K. maybe you can't delete someone
because of his love of Nazi'ism, but you don't need to let him get away with
other things at the same time-just because he is a nazi. I mean he isn't
BETTER than someone else.(Although I would still say that a person who
keeps speaking about his religion[in a non offensive way] should be treated
with more care atleast 5% more care than with a nazi.)
