Hi all,
since some people were asking "why isn't Shep posting any tournament results
anymore", I've decided to publish a little more of them here. :)
My current "Millennium Cup" (not to be confused with Thorsten's 'Millennium
Tournament' which started later :) is in the final stage, here are the results:
40/120+40/120+rest/60, two PIII-550, 256 MB
Round 1:

Playoffs:
Junior 6.0 - Fritz 6.0 3.5:1.5 (+3 =1 -1)
Nimzo 7.32 - Rebel 10.0 EOC 3.5:2.5 (+1 =5 -0)
Semifinals:
Nimzo 7.32 - Chess Tiger 12.0e 3.5:2.5 (+1 =5 -0)
Junior 6.0 - Chessmaster 5555 3.5:2.5 (+2 =3 -1)
Finals:
Junior 6.0 - Nimzo 7.32 1.5:0.5 (+1 =1 -0) (in progress)
Notes:
* Nimzo had a streak of 13 games without a loss (3rd best on SCCS) against
Junior (1), Rebel (6) and Tiger (6). Very impressive!
* Junior and Fritz are *not* the 6a upgrades.
* First 3 games from Tiger were played by the DOS version.
* Comet used the Nimzo 7.32 book.
PGN and CBV will soon be available (I've been very lazy updating anything but
the results themselves on my site).
I'll also post some interesting games and positions later.
