I think a very simple answer, if proven that he has come on here under different
names and caused trouble, then he should stay banned, cause he would really have
served no punishment and still went on his merry way to disrupt this Forum.

But if this cannot be proven, then as said, he should join again under his real
name and a IP different than to the ones which have been banned by these
supposed other names which would prove his games of joining under different
names.

But even if he does join again under his real name, his past record has shown
that he cannot help himself and I would say within a week he would attack either
moderation of some fellow programmer or member and be thrown out again and go
back to his bellowing on r.g.c.c how he was crucified or hung out to dry by some
wacko secret covert plan to get rid of him by either Bruce or Bob.

Either way if he is allowed to join then I think the people Like Steven, Bruce,
bob, Amir and any others who were moderators or have intergral parts in his
previous bannings should decide.

Like myself and others we do not know the full story on everything

But my personal opinion from what I have seen and heard so far, is do not let a
wolf back in.
