This is a controversial issue. I personally would NOT like to see Chris come
back to CCC. However, I know that some people would, perhaps even a significant
minority. I have advocated voting on whether someone should be banned...I
certainly would support a vote on whether to ban or allow Chris Whittington.
Perhaps Chris is that borderline case for which a vote is required.

His past conduct is such, however, that I do not believe he should be
automatically allowed to rejoin this forum. I do not believe he should be
allowed to just walk back in. If he is to return, I think there ought to be a
group consensus to allow him, and I would like him to issue a public statement
saying that he promises to moderate his own behavior.
