Seriouslly now, why would some new moderator stick their neck out for Chris
Whittington?  What would be the point?  And are you really just bringing this up
to see discusion about the subject from prospective moderators just in order to
see their views on an ongoing "Chris Whittington" problem?  Not that I really
mind, but if there's some unresolved Chris Whittington problems left behind by
previous moderators (previous to you) then I'm not _really_ sure why it needs to
be resolved, because what I see is that everyone has to be saying "hey, what,
me?"

And it's not terribly clear to most of us just what did happen, this happened
long before I got here, and obviouslly these things do not get talked about very
openly which is understandable because it would be very distracting and cause
for large unproductive arguments anyhow.

Is he or isn't he banned?  If he did indeed pull the plug on his own membership,
then why even discuss it(?) other than that, at this point, I'd like to know if
that _is_ what happened, that's also not very clear.
