Four good questions. Here are some potential, but not necessarily the only
answers or good answers.

1) Nobody has attempted or even suggested a method for tracking down all of the
alias' of a person. If you have a somewhat foolproof suggestion on that, please
contact Steve.

2) Banning an alias does very little other than force people to come up with a
new persona.

3) Some of his other incarnations have been banned. Some have not been found
out.

4) I think everyone has the potential for change. The HH and BF posts were a LOT
more abusive than anything recent. I was hoping to have Chris join back up under
his real name so that he may potentially contribute like I have seen him do in
the past and possibly with better behavior. I am the type of person that likes
to give people second chances, especially productive/capable people. That's all.
Probably naive of me.
