I don't have any theoretical problem with Chris posting here. But I'd like to speak more generally about this: I believe that focussing on Chris misses the point. I start with the general assumption that an adult (or teenage) individual is responsible for their own conduct. If someone is willing to sign up and agree to the charter, I expect a decent effort from them to do so. If they comply, all is well, it's business as usual. On the other hand, if they repeatedly don't comply, they'll be uninvited, and those with a past history of poor conduct will get less (read: no) slack from me. So back to the original concern, if Chris wants to sign up and participate, that's fine. If myself and other like-minded moderators are elected, then how long he stayed would be in his hands. Dave
