I've since examined the backlog of posts that I hadn't yet gotten to, and
noticed a relative paucity of questions.  It would be a significant amount of
work for me to sift through the past archives, and it's not clear to me that the
effort would be greatly appreciated by many.  I have replied to questions that
have been raised this time around, and I am (of course) willing to answer more
if you would like to propose them.
