I will no longer respond to any post or attachment to one of my posts by Dr. Hyatt. My silence should not be interpreted as agreement, or disagreement, just anoyment. I find his personal attacks "tastless". I respect Dr. Hyatt's work, his work on Crafty is a great service to many, his work on Cray Blitz was a huge accomplishment, his insights on computer chess programming are greatly appreciated, however, I do not wish to waste my time responding to his "tasteless" posts that do not add anything to some discussions (IMHO). I hope the moderators will communicate with Dr. Hyatt. He is entitled to his opinion, but so am I and so are the rest of the people in this group. I have asked Dr. Hyatt not to respond to my posts unless I ask explicetly for his opinion or unless he has the data I requested. I will do the same. If I am out of line, then the moderators can communicate with me. Noone get's a free ticket (IMHO).
